Play in the 2023 Downtown Monster Hunt for a chance to WIN Prizes!
Find the hidden monsters in Downtown businesses. When you find one take a selfie photo with the Monster. There are three monsters to be found hidden in 9 different locations throughout Downtown. In order to be entered for a chance to win you must take a photo with all three monsters (Vampire, Zombie, and Werewolf). The contest begins on October 17th and ends at midnight on October 31st. Winners will be announced on Thursday, November 2, 2023, via social media and at DowntownElPaso.com, as well as the Downtown INSIDER Newsletter (subscribe here).
Here’s how to play (rules):
- Find all 3 different monsters Downtown (Vampire, Zombie and Werewolf)
- Take a selfie photo with each – When you take a selfie photo in costume you triple your entries!
- Private message us the photos and/or tag us @downtownelpaso (make sure privacy setting is set to public) on Facebook or Instagram.
- Group photos count as one entry.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value. (No purchase necessary to participate)

- Craving a revitalizing coffee fix? Head to the establishment located on Franklin Ave to awaken your inner zombie.
- Prepare to unleash your inner werewolf as you savor the otherworldly pizza hidden on N Staton Street.
- Venture down Texas Ave, where a bewitching boutique has emerged in the heart of downtown, offering fashion and accessories to die for.
- Embark on a chilling quest to S Mesa, where a vintage clothing emporium awaits, ready to unleash your hauntingly good style.
- Wander towards S El Paso St to unearth some of the most captivating vintage treasures, where a world of vibrant nostalgia awaits.
- Journey to the enigmatic depths of S El Paso St, where a mysterious establishment beckons with jeans so fabulous, they’ll have you yearning for more like a phantom in the night.
- Beneath the eerie moonlight’s pale gleam, set forth on your spectral expedition down Father Rahm Street. Hunt for the enigmatic shop that defies the very fabric of time and logic. There, hidden among the shadows, awaits a treasure trove where bargains await, ranging from office supplies to vintage toys.
- Summon your inner appetite for the spectral flavor journey at this mysterious establishment nestled within the enigmatic Union Plaza. Delight in a feast of scrumptious chilaquiles that are sure to cast a spell on your taste buds.
- This modern establishment promises a slumber to die for, offering bed capsules that any vampire would enjoy, hidden away on W San Francisco. Prepare for a night of rest that’s eerily unforgettable!
