El Paso Downtown Management District Board of Directors Elects 2026–2027 Officers
DOWNTOWN EL PASO, TX — The El Paso Downtown Management District (DMD) Board of Directors elected its 2026–2027 Board Officers at its meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026. These leaders bring valuable experience and a shared commitment to supporting Downtown businesses, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing Downtown El Paso.
The following individuals will serve as DMD Board Officers:
- Nadia Baem, President – President, 1 Industries
- Patrick Merrick, Vice President – President, W. Silver Recycling
- Liliana Miranda, Treasurer – Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, WestStar Bank
- Yolanda Giner, Secretary – Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Franklin Mountain Investments
The DMD is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors representing Downtown property owners, business tenants, and residents. The Board is responsible for organizational oversight and strategic direction in support of the District’s mission to serve as a valuable and compelling driving force in addressing the challenges and opportunities impacting Downtown El Paso.
