The holiday spirit is alive and thriving in Downtown El Paso! From December 2nd to December 31st, 2024, we invite you to join the Downtown El Paso Holiday Passport Adventure, a fun and festive way to explore local businesses, enjoy the holiday atmosphere, and win amazing prizes.
How It Works
- Pick Up or Print Your Passport
- Stop by any participating business or the El Paso Downtown Management District office to pick up your passport or pick up your passport from Downtown Ambassadors during the weekends!
- Ambassador Hours:
- Fridays: 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Ambassador Hours:
- Stop by any participating business or the El Paso Downtown Management District office to pick up your passport or pick up your passport from Downtown Ambassadors during the weekends!

- Collect Stamps
- Visit participating retailers in Downtown El Paso and collect a stamp for every visit or purchase.
- Bonus: Earn a special “Giving Stamp” and two extra entries into our raffle by providing proof that you have sponsored a tag off of the El Paso Community Foundation’s Giving Tree to support a local resident in need. Visit https://spiritofgiving.epcf.org/ to sponsor a tag.
- Submit Your Passport
- Once you’ve completed collecting your passport stamps:

- Drop off your completed passport at the El Paso Downtown Management District office (201 E. Main Suite 107).
- Give it to a Downtown Ambassador during their operating hours.
- Mail your passport to 201 E. Main Suite 107, El Paso, TX 79901.

- All submissions must be received by December 31st, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
Prizes
- Grand Prize: A special gift basket from Downtown El Paso! The grand prize winner will be announced the first week of January 2025.
