Celebrate National Taco Day at Ámbar with The Elevated Taco, a one-night-only culinary experience in the restaurant’s Private Agave Room. The evening features seven inventive taco courses, including tuna crudo, grilled octopus, duck confit, pork belly and Akaushi ribeye, paired with curated agave spirits from Latin terroirs.

The experience concludes with a dessert taco and bacanora carajillo. Tickets are $125++ per person, and advance reservations are required.
