The evening features seven inventive taco courses\, including tuna crudo\, grilled octopus\, duck confit\, pork belly and Akaushi ribeye\, paired with curated agave spirits from Latin terroirs. \nThe experience concludes with a dessert taco and bacanora carajillo.
