Downtown property and business owners are invited to attend the Downtown Grant Workshop hosted by the El Paso Downtown Management District.

Learn how to access funding and assistance for investment in your Downtown property, including:

• NEW Residential Conversion Utility Upgrades – up to $50,000
• Commercial Façade Improvements – up to $30,000 (1:1 match, with select 2:1 zones)
• Signature Signage & Lighting – up to $25,000
• Pedestrian Corridor Improvements – up to $10,000
• Public-Facing Murals – up to $10,000

We will also cover Environmental Assessment Funding available at no cost to eligible property owners.

During this workshop, you’ll learn eligibility requirements, understand matching funds, and receive step-by-step guidance on how to apply.

If you’re planning upgrades, redevelopment, or improvements, this session will help you move forward with confidence.
