El Paso, TX (February 12, 2025): The El Paso Downtown Management District (DMD) will celebrate Valentine’s Day by spreading love and positivity in Downtown El Paso. DMD staff, along with board and committee members, will distribute 300 roses with love notes to downtown visitors and employees. Each rose will feature a QR code linking to the DMD’s website and social media platforms, encouraging the community to connect and share their love for Downtown El Paso.

Various high-traffic locations throughout Downtown El Paso.
