El Paso’s Downtown holiday season begins with the opening of WinterFest, featuring holiday lights, seasonal attractions, vendors, food and activities centered around San Jacinto Plaza and the Downtown Arts District. WinterFest continues through January 3, 2027 and includes the outdoor ice-skating rink and more than one million holiday lights.
