The El Paso Museum of History invites you to a special workshop where participants can create their own altar elements while exploring the rich history of altars from their Indigenous origins to the present day. Tickets are $16 for museum members and $20 for non-members. Each ticket includes a cantarito to paint and decorate, materials to craft conical incense, and non-alcoholic refreshments. The event will begin with a brief talk by EPMH Director Erica Marin, who will discuss the cultural evolution of altars throughout history.
