Did you know that Virtual Reality isn’t just for playing games? The Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas is home to the VR Lab, which is a state of the art facility used to train astronauts in system rescue scenarios, mass handling, and robotics operation. Students will take a 360 Tour of the Johnson Space Center, then create their own space themed VR environment using CoSpaces, a classroom tool that allows anyone to quickly create viewable virtual experiences. Students will be able to obtain their “Visionary Badge” upon completion of the day’s activities.
