The Downtown Tasting Tour is an opportunity to taste a variety of foods prepared by a collection of restaurants as you visit them in any order you wish. Make it an evening as you stroll the streets of Downtown, tantalizing your taste buds while creating an experience you’ll never forget. Each month, the food tastings will be based on the elements: Earth (June), Wind (July), Fire (August), and Water (September). So, reserve your spot monthly!Tickets get you a sample sized portion of food from five (5) participating restaurants and complimentary soft drink or water.Devour the delectable dishes and stroll around, or taste and stay if you want. Tailor the evening any way you prefer.The Wind (July) line-up includes the following:Cheezus – Pate a Choux-profiterole with mascarpone mousse, fresh berries, pistachio dust and honey garnish.Craft & Social – Summer Breeze Salad-Mixed greens, smoked Gouda cheese, blueberries, pickled onions, pecans and creamy dill dressing made in-house.Fresco Juice & Fruit Bar – Turkey wrap with swiss cheese, tomato, onions, romaine, spinach and cucumber paired with the Opera smoothie that is cantaloupe, peach, orange, and coconut H2O.Juicery Plus – Thai noodles-zucchini, carrot, cucumber, peanuts, sesame, mint, basil and cilantro. Full Power smoothie-kale, spinach, red apple, ginger, almond butter, dates, and plant protein. Brownie-sweet potato, spelt flour, coffee, and coconut oil.Pot Au Feu- Salad Landaise-Duck confit and Frisee salad with honey vinaigrette.A couple other things to know:+Parties are limited to up to four (4) participants.
