Chef Jason’s Wine Dinner, featuring Orin Swift, is being held at Hotel Paso del Norte on September, 26th, at 7:00 pm.

Already a destination for culinary delights, the hotel’s rooftop bar, El Mirador, will be home to the event. Guests will enjoy seven wine tastings paired with entrees from Executive Chef Jason Brumfiel, such as Wood Pigeon with sweet potato and fermented coffee along with Foie Gras with black currant gastrique and more!

As part of this elevated culinary pop-up, this interactive event will showcase a line-up of wines from Orin Swift Winery in California including Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc, 8 Years in The Desert Zinafindel, Abstract Vandalism Red and more.
