Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection invites both locals and visitors to celebrate Thanksgiving with two distinct dining experiences on Thursday, November 28. With options ranging from a festive buffet to an elegant three-course meal, the hotel offers something special for everyone.

Sabor Restaurant

Sabor Restaurant, located at 10 Henry Trost Court, will host a family-friendly Thanksgiving buffet from 10 AM to 4 PM. The extensive spread includes breakfast favorites like Huevos Rancheros, crepes, and an omelet station, as well as savory dishes such as roasted prime rib, turkey, and Snapper Vera Cruz. Guests can enjoy sides like butternut squash bisque and hash brown casserole, along with a seafood station featuring smoked salmon, oysters, and shrimp cocktail. Fresh salads, yogurt parfaits, and house-made pastries round out the offerings.

The buffet is priced at $59 per adult and $25 per child (ages 10 and under). Reservations can be made via OpenTable by selecting “Sabor.”

1700º Steakhouse

For those seeking a more refined dining experience, 1700º Steakhouse will serve a gourmet three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $125++ per person. Guests can choose from starters such as Bison Bone Marrow or Oyster Rockefeller, followed by main dishes like Turducken Ballotine or Wagyu Arrachera. Accompanying sides include Garlic Whipped Potatoes and Haricot Vert, with dessert options like Sweet Potato Pot au Crème and Tarte Tatin a la Mode.
