Downtown El Paso, TX (October 29, 2025) — The El Paso Downtown Management District (DMD) is pleased to announce the appointment and reappointment of several members to its Board of Directors. These individuals bring extensive expertise and leadership that will help guide the continued growth, vitality, and prosperity of Downtown El Paso.
The following members have been appointed to serve full terms expiring in August 2028:
- Nick Seckerson – Senior Director, Ticket Sales & Service, El Paso Chihuahuas & El Paso Locomotive FC
- Brian Kelley – Vice President, Hunt Companies
- Jose Garcia – President & CEO, Destination El Paso*
- Daniela Caro – Downtown Resident*
- Marcelle Fernandez – Sales Manager, Stanton House
- Liliana Miranda – Chief Commercial Banking Officer, WestStar Bank

The DMD would also like to extend its appreciation to departing board members Brad Taylor, Peter Spier, Eugenio Mesta, and Arlene Carroll for their years of dedicated service and commitment to enhancing Downtown El Paso. Their leadership and contributions have been instrumental in advancing the District’s initiatives and supporting its ongoing revitalization.
The DMD Board is composed of dedicated stakeholders representing a range of interests that are vital to the District. Their guidance ensures that the organization continues to fulfill its mission: to serve as a valuable and compelling driving force in facing the challenges and opportunities impacting Downtown El Paso.
