Downtown Tasting Tour April 10th, a gastronomical adventure in the heart of the city!
Excitement is in the air as the Downtown Tasting Tour presented by the Hunt Companies gears up for its second date for the 2024 season. With various culinary delights waiting to be savored.
Participating Restaurants:
Get Together (Plant-Based Cafe & Bar):
Spring Roll: Cabbage, carrots, green beans, vermicelli, peanut sauce, garlic ginger soy sauce, micro greens, and sesame seeds.
Birria Taco: Veggie protein crumbles, mushrooms, mozzarella cheeze, birria sauce, avocado cream, onion and cilantro.
The Pizza Joint:
Pepperoni Pizza: Sliced peperoni blended mozzarella atop pierre’s red.
Pizza Joint: Pepperoni and mozzarella rolled into homemade dough, a hint of garlic, topped with parsley.
Brownie: Chocolate bread.
Tropical Smoothie:
Choose one:
Chipotle Chicken Sub: Grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, romaine, pepper jack & chipotle mayo.
Chicken Bacon Ranch: Grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, romaine, cheddar & lite ranch.
Chicken Pesto: Grilled chicken, tomatoes, shredded parmesan, mozzarella & pesto.
Choose one:
Avocolada: Avocado, pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut & lime.
Bahama Mama: Strawberries, pineapple, coconut & white chocolate.
Mango Magic: Mango, pineapple & non-fat yogurt.
Ambar Restaurante:
Carnitas Tacos: Delicious crispy tacos filled with carnitas and potato in a smokey morita broth.
The Reagan:
The Cuban Link: Slow-roasted pork belly, salami, Swiss cheese, Dijon, and pickles.
Guided Tour Details
The Downtown Tasting Tour is designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Sign-in will begin promptly at 5:30 pm at the first restaurant on your tour path. You’ll receive a warm welcome from our event staff and be provided with your tour guide, who will lead you through the culinary delights that await.
To ensure you’re grouped with your friends and family, select the tour path that best suits your preferences and inform them beforehand. We want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.
Please note that check-in will take place from 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm. It’s essential to arrive at the restaurant you have chosen as your starting point within this timeframe to maintain the tour schedule and visit all five venues on your selected path. Participants will be sharing tables with other participants on their tour.
