EL PASO, TX (January 24, 2026) – The El Paso Downtown Management District proudly marked a significant milestone with the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Sunset Tattoo Co.’s new location at 208 E. San Antonio on January 23. Surrounded by his loved ones, owner Raphael Jauregui officially opened the doors to a fresh chapter in their Downtown El Paso adventure.
During the ceremony, Mr. Jauregui expressed his excitement about the move, stating, “I am really happy to be downtown; I don’t think I would ever want to be anywhere else. We tried looking at other places, but it’s just not downtown. And we feel that the approach to tattooing that we have and the way we want to present ourselves fits in downtown so well. It’s such a classic place that we don’t see ourselves on the east or west side. This is definitely the place to be.”
As a Downtown El Paso staple since May of 2018, Sunset Tattoo Co. has become a beloved establishment within the community. The El Paso Downtown Management District looks forward to witnessing Raphael and his dedicated team achieve great success in this new chapter.
