Downtown was once a wallflower, but now, is once again one of the most sought after subjects for photographers. We share the myriad of great photos by amateur and professional alike in our Instagram account, but will now get inside the creative mind of some of those photographers.
This week, we cornered photographer Tony Holguin at local shop, El Paso’s Finest to discuss his inspiration and thoughts on photography and shooting Downtown El Paso.
Tony, currently has two photos on display for the El Paso Museum of History’s “Pasos Urbanos” exhibit (one which made the cover of the members magazine) and one on display at the Consulate General of Mexico in El Paso in December of 2019. Tony asks that you contact him through Instagram for wedding and portrait photography.
Scroll down for a sampling of some of his work.
