DESCRIPTION:The Oculto Film Fest was created by filmmakers from El Paso and Ciudad Juárez to promote horror and fantasy cinema and the Borderland. The festival\, which returns October 2025 to the Philanthropy Theatre\, offers a complete experience to its audiences and provides connection and visibility opportunities for participating filmmakers. The 2025 edition of the Oculto Film Fest will feature special guests\, short films from around the world\, Q&As\, receptions and more.
