This Thursday, April 27th, at the Beautiful Arts Festival Plaza next to the Plaza Theatre, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
Enjoy a special performance by the UTEP Dept of Theatre and Dance from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Come out and experience the beautiful spring weather and meet over 40 local vendors, food trucks, and fun.
