El Paso Symphony Youth Orchestra Annual Fall Concert
The El Paso Symphony Youth Orchestras open the 2022-2023 season with their annual Fall concert on Sunday, November 6, 2022, 3pm at the Plaza Theatre.
Nathan Black will lead the El Paso Youth Orchestra in Brahms’ Tragic Overture.
The El Paso Youth Symphony, led by Jose Rios, will perform Highlights from Harry Potter plus the 3rd movement of Maher’s Symphony No. 1 and The Prince of Denmark’s March by Jeremiah Clarke.
The El Paso Youth String Ensemble, led by Rodrigo Maldonado, will perform Soon See Newbold’s Medieval Kings, Larry Clark’s Hotaka Sunset and Brian Balmages’ Burst!.
Jennifer Martinez will lead the El Paso Youth String Philharmonic in New World Symphony Theme by Dvorak, Entry of the Tumblers by Elliot Del Borgo and The Lair at Midnight by Bruce Tippette.
TOCANDO Music Project students will open the Fall concert with arrangements of De Colores and Cielito Lindo.
Tickets are $20 general admission, $15 for students. Tickets may be purchased at epso.org or call 915.532.3776. Tickets at the door will be $25.
