día de los muertos is traditionally a two-day holiday. november 1 is typically when altars and food preparation begins. november 2 is considered a day of celebration.

this year, ámbar restaurante will celebrate día de los muertos from october 25 – november 4. we are preparing an altar, traditional decor, and flowers throughout the week.
