Chef’s Dinner Journey Through The Chihuahuan Desert
Join El Mirador Bar on the rooftop as Hotel Paso del Norte’s Executive Chef Jason takes you on a Journey through the Chihuahuan Desert featuring ingredients found in our very own backyard. This month’s Chef’s Dinner is a seven-course elevated sotol dinner, expertly paired with spirits from Marfa Spirit Co. located in Marfa, Texas.
Already a destination for culinary delights, the hotel’s rooftop bar, El Mirador, will be home to the event. Guests will enjoy spirits tastings paired with bites such as Chile Pasilla Con Queso, Molcajete Azteca, Cabrito al Pastor and more!
As part of this elevated culinary pop-up, this interactive event will showcase a line-up of spirits from the Marfa Spirit Co., including the Chihuahuan Desert Sotol, Chihuahuan Desert Gin along with the Rio Grande Grapefruit Liqueur and more.
