DESCRIPTION:Sabor at Hotel Paso Del Norte invites locals and visitors to a lively 21+ event celebrating local brews\, BBQ bites\, and music on Friday\, November 22nd\, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This free-admission event features Marble Brewery\, a renowned local brewery\, with a night of exceptional beer\, food\, and entertainment. Attendees can enjoy a special $5 menu with 16oz Alpha Acid Trip Series: Pine Mountain IPA\, Turkish Style Coffee Stout\, canned Pumpkin Noir\, and Desert Fog Hazy IPA. Pair these drinks with BBQ selections like brisket\, spicy pulled pork butt\, chipotle adobo pork belly sliders\, jalapeño cheddar sausage bites\, and tamarind-glazed baby back ribs\, along with coleslaw and elote (corn in a cup) sides. \nThe evening also includes a Paper Plane Contest at 6:30 p.m.\, judged on distance and design\, with prizes for winners. Guests can chat with Puga from Marble Brewery to learn about each brew\, enjoy $5 BBQ pairings\, sample a range of Marble beers\, and dance to tunes by Vinyl DJ Wally.
