The Downtown Management District (DMD), Fresh Air Food Court program is an effort to support food and beverage businesses in Downtown this season. In light of current health challenges, the Downtown Fresh Air Food Court provides a reduced risk space to eat Downtown by expanding seating capacity and providing guests with a safe, sanitized, and socially distanced seating option outdoors after ordering take-out orders.
The Downtown amenity will run daily (7 days a week) from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. until the end of the year.
LIVE music every Friday and Saturday evening 7pm-9pm.

The Fresh Air Food Court provides the public an opportunity to buy from local Downtown restaurants and cafés, then dine in our social distanced, sanitized, fresh air, on-street seating area located on Mills Avenue between Mesa and Oregon Streets. The amenity is designed to provide a reduced-risk option to eat when Downtown dine-in is not available or seating is at capacity.
To help ensure the safe and responsible operation of the dining area, the DMD will have staff on duty throughout the day to sanitize the area and assist guests. Guests are asked to abide by the following rules:
- Please wait to be seated.
- Seating is for customers only – 90 minute time limit.
- Only parties of 6 or less allowed.
- No tipping.
- Maintain a minimum of 6 feet between parties.
- Face coverings required until seated.
