Chef’s Dinner-El Paso’s Best Kept Secrets
Executive Chef Jason’s Wine Dinner, featuring Zin Valle Vineyards and Bodega Loya Farms, showcases El Paso Best Kept Secrets on August 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Already a destination for culinary delights, the hotel’s rooftop bar, El Mirador, will be home to the event. Guests will enjoy seven wine tastings paired with entrees created by Executive Chef, Jason Brumfiel. Entrees are shaped around locally sourced, certified organic fruits and vegetables from Bodega Loya Farms in Socorro, TX.
As part of this elevated culinary pop-up, the interactive event will showcase a line-up of wines from local winery, Zin Valle Vineyards, including Gewürztraminer and Malvasia Bianca. Zin Valle’s spirit of discovery didn’t stop in this region; being pioneers, they branched out to Montepulciano, Italy, home to their Tuscan winery, Fattoria Svetoni. Guests will enjoy tastings of Oltrepo Pavese Sangue di Giuda and Bianco di Toscana from their Tuscany vineyard.
