As investment and development moves onward in Downtown El Paso (DTEP), architectural treasures such as the O.T. Bassett Tower will hopefully continue to be re-purposed for use in this new era of revitalization. This week we speak to Lane Gaddy about investment in the 15-story building that will soon be host to the Aloft Hotel.
