Salute the Troops! A Patriotic Platform
First Miss Fort Bliss/ Miss Fort Bliss Teen to be crowned during, “Salute the Troops! – A Patriotic Platform.” Local military affiliated teens ages 13-17 and women ages 18-27 compete with ambition of winning a jackpot for a patriotic platform; a military related cause or charity of their choosing. Pageant scores are based on three categories: interview, swimwear, and evening gown. Attend and enjoy dinner as contestants are narrowed down to 12 Calendar girls, then two titleholders.
Salute the Troops! – A Patriotic Platform is an all day event:
Shopping outside Preliminaries from 12 p.m – 5 p.m.
Pageant Preliminaries start at 1 p.m.
Pageant Dinner & Finals start at 6:30 p.m.

Miss Fort Bliss division ages 18-27; Miss Fort Bliss Teen division ages 13-17. All contestants must: reside in the El Paso County area, be natural born female, be an American citizen or have a current visa and not hold any other pageant titles. Height and weight restrictions do not apply; all patriotic citizens including those who are married and have children are encouraged to compete.
